Here is who we are and how we are structured.
The operations team is the engine of Promiso. They manage shift scheduling, guard deployment, supervisor coordination, client communication, emergency response, and backup deployments — seven days a week, including Sundays and public holidays. When you call us at midnight with a problem, this is the team that answers. Not a call centre. Our own people.
Every guard who represents Promiso at a client site has completed our pre-deployment training programme before their first shift. The training team manages this process — conducting modules, evaluating readiness, and delivering the site-specific briefing that every guard receives before each new assignment. Training is not a checkbox for us — it is the reason our guards behave differently from those deployed by agencies that skip this step.
Every client site is assigned a named supervisor. This person visits your site on an unannounced schedule, reviews guard attendance and performance logs, addresses any on-ground concerns directly, and reports to you with monthly operational summaries. The supervisor is your primary Promiso contact — someone who knows your site, knows your guards, and takes personal ownership of your account.
Proposals, agreements, invoicing, and service communication are managed by our client relations team. Every proposal we send is in writing, contains a clear scope, and is reviewed before you sign anything. Billing is transparent — no charges appear on an invoice that were not agreed in the service agreement.

We do not ask for trust on faith. Our PSARA licence, MSME certificate, GSTIN, LABOR, EPFO, and ESIC registrations are all available to share before you sign anything. Every guard we deploy comes with a police verification certificate, a training certificate, and identity document — provided to you before they arrive. Transparency is not marketing language for us. After your service agreement is signed, we assign a specific supervisor to your account based on their geographic coverage area and experience with your industry type. You receive their name and direct contact number before deployment begins. From day one, you have a person, not a department, responsible for your account.
Our responsibility does not end after guard deployment. We conduct regular supervision, maintain operational communication with clients, and monitor site performance to ensure service standards are consistently maintained. Feedback, reporting, and operational coordination are all part of our ongoing management process.
Contact your supervisor or our operations team directly. If a guard is not meeting your site’s requirements, we address it immediately, either through additional briefing or replacement. We do not ask clients to submit formal complaints and wait for an investigation: one call, one action.
