Armed guards are deployed where the risk profile of the facility — the value of assets, the nature of transactions, or the specific threat environment — justifies and requires a licensed, armed security presence. Every armed guard Promiso deploys holds a valid government-issued weapon licence, and a copy of that licence is shared with you before the guard arrives.
We do not recommend armed deployment where unarmed guards are adequate. The risk assessment comes first, and the recommendation follows the assessment — not the higher billing opportunity.

This is our largest and most versatile category — professional, trained, police-verified guards for the full range of commercial, industrial, and residential security environments. “Unarmed” does not mean undertrained. These guards complete the identical training programme as our armed guards, covering gate management, access control, first aid, fire safety, de-escalation, report writing, and emergency response.
The majority of security requirements across Indore and Madhya Pradesh are best served by well-trained unarmed guards — and this is the guard type we deploy most extensively, from factories in Pithampur to housing societies in Nipania.

Female security guards are not simply a preference — in many environments they are a legal requirement. Under Indian law, the physical frisking and body checking of female visitors, customers, or staff must be conducted by a female guard. Deploying male guards for this function creates direct legal liability for the facility operator.
Our female guards complete the full PSARA-compliant training programme to the same documented standard as all Promiso guards — not a shortened version. They are deployed to hospitals, educational institutions, retail environments, events, and residential properties where a female security presence is appropriate, required, or preferred.

A large hospital, for example, might use unarmed guards at the main entrance and OPD, female guards for the maternity ward and ladies waiting area, and a patrol team covering the car park and campus perimeter at night. We structure multi-type deployments as one coordinated assignment with a single supervisor responsible for all positions.
One. We deploy single guards for small offices, retail stores, and residential properties that need one position covered. There is no minimum deployment requirement. The process — site assessment, written proposal, briefed guard, assigned supervisor — is the same whether you need one guard or twenty.
