Within 24 to 48 hours of your call, our team visits your site. We walk the full premises — entry and exit points, perimeter, parking, production areas if applicable, and any specific security-sensitive zones. We assess your actual risk profile, not a theoretical one. We note the gaps in your current security setup and identify exactly what deployment would address them. This assessment is free. There is no obligation attached to it.
After the site visit, you receive a written proposal within 24 hours. It covers: the number of guards recommended and why, shift timings, supervisor arrangement, scope of service in plain language, and the rates. No verbal pricing. No, “we can adjust this later.” Everything is on paper before you make a decision.
Once you approve the proposal, we will prepare the service agreement. Before the first guard arrives at your site — before, not after — you receive: their police verification certificate, PSARA training certificate, identity document, and a copy of our PSARA licence. You know who is coming, what they are trained for, and what legal authority governs their deployment.
We select guards for your site based on your industry, your operational environment, your language requirements, and the specific nature of your security needs. No random assignment. Each selected guard receives a briefing specific to your facility before their first shift — your layout, your rules, your restricted areas, your emergency contacts, and your specific expectations. The guard arrives knowing your site.
Guards arrive in full Promiso uniform with their photo ID. Your named supervisor is introduced on or before day one. From that point, you have a direct contact for anything that needs attention on the ground — not our office number, but your supervisor.
After deployment, the service does not manage itself. Your supervisor visits on an unannounced schedule — verifying attendance, reviewing logs, checking guard performance, and addressing any on-ground concerns before they become complaints. You receive a monthly operational report covering deployment status, attendance, incidents, and observations. If anything needs attention, one call to our operations team resolves it the same day.
Housekeeping, cleaning, pest control, and maintenance services follow the same structure — site assessment, written scope, staff briefing, supervised deployment, and ongoing quality monitoring. The process does not change based on the service type.
