There are plenty of security companies in Indore. Most of them put a person in a uniform, hand them a shift schedule, and call it professional security. We built Promiso to be something genuinely different — a security company where the process behind every deployment matters as much as the deployment itself.
Promiso Security Services is a government-licensed security agency headquartered in Indore. We operate under the Promiso Group, which was incorporated here in 2019, and we provide security and facility management services to businesses, institutions, and communities across Madhya Pradesh.
When we started in 2019, we began with facility management — housekeeping, cleaning, and maintenance for commercial clients in Indore. That experience taught us something important: the businesses we served were dealing with the same problems on the security side that they faced on the facility side. Unreliable vendors. Guards who disappeared after the first week. Agencies that were responsive during the proposal stage and invisible during the contract.
We launched Promiso Security Services in 2024 after acquiring a valid PSARA licence for Madhya Pradesh. The licence is the legal minimum. What we built around it — the training system, the supervisor structure, the backup deployment protocol, the documentation process — reflects five years of learning what clients actually need from a service partner versus what most agencies offer them.

24/7 live CCTV monitoring, remote video surveillance, and camera-based security solutions. Keep your premises under professional watch around the clock.
Promiso also provides CCTV monitoring and remote surveillance support for clients who require better visibility and stronger control over site activity. These services are commonly used alongside on-site security deployments at factories, offices, residential communities, warehouses, and commercial properties to improve monitoring, incident coordination, and overall site coverage.
Clients who only require CCTV monitoring services can also choose this support separately based on their operational and security requirements.
